We are thrilled to announce that our Pathway and Support Service (PSS) has officially become a member of the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA)

This membership marks a significant achievement in our journey to provide exceptional client service and support, aligning us with industry best practices and the highest standards of excellence. 

The CCMA is renowned for its dedication to advancing the call centre industry through professional development, networking opportunities, and a wealth of resources.  

Joining this esteemed association reaffirms Mountain Healthcare’s commitment to providing quality trauma-informed services that ensure equal, effective, and efficient care to all our patients.  

Our PSS team will leverage the association’s resources to refine its processes and enhance its capabilities, as it continues to provide quality support to all our service users including victims of sexual assault, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
