We would like to inform all our potential and current service users that The Glade Adult Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) (Bransford Hub) located in Worcestershire will be temporarily closed from 11:59 PM on Wednesday, 31st July 2024, for approximately 3 to 4 months due to essential maintenance work.

While we understand the critical nature of our services, this temporary closure is necessary to carry out the required renovations and improvements to the facility. This decision has been made to ensure the safety, comfort, and quality of our services for our service users.

Accessing our SARC services during the closure:

For all service requests and referrals, please continue to call Mountain Healthcare Pathway Support Services on 0330 223 0099 (24/7/365).

For non-urgent enquiries, send an email to: theglade.sarc@nhs.net (monitored 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday).

All service users will be diverted to their nearest SARC. The Glade SARC at Telford remains open with no changes to service delivery from this site.
